As soon as HDB comfirmed the flat had reached it's demand (for goodness sake, of cos there's demand for flats! Look at the queue...), a letter was sent to us to inform us "Ok, the flat is gonna be built, tender will be called, blah blah blah..."
Since Apr 2009, we would popby the site and monitor the progress of the construction works...
